Giving Tuesday Is Coming!

…for your generosity this year! We can’t wait to share with you some of the stories of impact and life change that your giving helped make possible in 2024.
Don’t miss Two Eight’s special “Giving Tuesday” online event (on December 3rd) at 12pm and 6pm! This is a chance for us to share about our work, and it is a big way that people can be part of our mission through giving.
Last year, our amazing partners gave over $24,000 toward our work on Giving Tuesday! Those donations made it possible for Two Eight to empower campus ministries reaching students across the US and strengthen Indiana recovery efforts through festivals and events.
We led worship for conferences for Athletes in Action and Greek Intervarsity, challenging college students to live for God’s kingdom instead of theirs.
We worked with Cru’s Campus Ministry to craft the musical worship experiences for a student conference in Washington D.C.
We supported a dozen events around the state for Indiana’s recovery community, including the launch of the inaugural Recovery and Faith Conference!
We completed year 3 of the Summer of Recovery Tour with festival events in 5 cities throughout Indiana
We partnered with non-profit organizations Nothing is Wasted Ministries, Thrive RCO and Safe Haven by providing technical and event production services to create events that told their story and accelerated their work.
We need your help…
2024 was our busiest year ever in terms of scope and scale of our events and ministry. We hope to sustain this level of work and even expand our capacity and opportunities.
But… despite 2024 being our biggest year ever, we had some challenges that mean we have some year-end needs and some ongoing expenses to try and meet. We’re looking at things like:
Our much-needed 26-foot box truck will require upwards of $5000 in repairs to get it roadworthy again for next year’s tours.
Equipment maintenance and replacement (for things like computers that run production software) has been on the back burner, and we can only dodge that bullet for so long.
Most importantly, there are events we cannot say ‘yes’ to because we don’t have the resources.
So… we have exciting ministry planned for 2025. And we have urgent needs at the end of 2024!
Which is why…
…we’re doing our annual Giving Tuesday Livestream, which will stream live on Facebook and Youtube at 12:00 noon and 6:00pm on Tuesday, December 3rd.
(Fun note: We already have $4000 pledged for matching gifts, which is an exciting way for people to double their giving!)
We’re praying and trusting God for $50,000 in year-end donations to help us close out 2024 in strength and set us up for success in 2025. To do that, you can go to our Giving Tuesday page any time between now and the end of the year!
Whether you’re able to give on Giving Tuesday, or sometime between now and the end of the year, please pray for us:
Ask God to stir people's hearts to generosity toward the mission of creating music and moments that move people toward Jesus.
Ask God to meet and even exceed our ministry's needs.
Ask God to grant us wisdom to use these resources to best expand His Kingdom.

Either way, when we think about your partnership with us in our ministry, we’re reminded of Paul’s words in Philippians 1, 3-6:
“I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
